Is there a travel fee to come to my event?
However, for events that are located outside of the 30 km radius, a travel fee will apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with traveling to more distant locations. Please feel free to contact us for specific details regarding the travel fee for your event.
How much space is required at my venue?
If, for any reason, an 8 ft x 8 ft space is not available, we can certainly work with a minimum space of 6 ft x 6 ft. While this smaller space will require some adjustments, we’ll do our best to ensure that your photo booth experience remains enjoyable and memorable within the allocated space.
Can I provide my own template?
Will there be staff on-site during my event?
Certainly! We’re here to ensure your event runs smoothly. There will be an atendant on-site to manage all of our booths, except for the social booth. The social booth is designed for quick and easy use, and it operates seamlessly without the need for a printer. It’s essentially self-running, making it a hassle-free addition to your event.
If our guests are having fun at the booth, can I extend my coverage time?
Of course! We want to make sure your event is as enjoyable as possible. If you find that your guests are having a great time at the booth and you’d like to extend the coverage time, simply let us know. We’re flexible and can discuss the options for extending your photo booth experience to ensure everyone has a fantastic time. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your needs.
